Our products

Raleigh Reserve recipes are frozen feline food intended for intermittent or supplemental feeding. They are not a complete and balanced diet and should be served alongside your cat’s regular complete diet.

Information on this website is general feeding and nutrition information, not veterinary advice. Please consult your veterinarian before making significant changes to your cat’s diet, especially if your cat has a health condition.

Orders and pricing

Prices are shown on our website at the time you order. If we find an error in a price or a product description, we will contact you before your order is filled.

We deliver within our Raleigh-area delivery zones. Deliveries are handed off in person to keep the food frozen, so someone should be available to receive your order.

Once delivered, please keep portions frozen and follow our How to Serve guidance.

Recurring orders

If you choose weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly delivery, your order repeats on that schedule until you change it. You can change the frequency, pause, resume, or cancel at any time from your account. Changes apply to deliveries that have not yet been prepared.

Your account

Please keep your account information accurate and your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Wholesale

Wholesale accounts are governed by our wholesale documents and the account terms agreed with each retailer. Submitting a wholesale application does not create an account or a purchase order.

Our content

The Raleigh Reserve™ name, crest, recipes, photographs, and written content on this site belong to Raleigh Reserve Evergreen Feline Cuisine, LLC. Please do not reuse them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Raleigh Reserve is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
