What we collect

We collect only what we need to prepare, deliver, and support your orders:

• Account details: your name, email address, and password (stored securely by our website platform).
• Delivery details: addresses, phone number, and delivery instructions.
• Orders: what you ordered, your delivery schedule, and your order history.
• Cat profiles you choose to create, including any photos you upload.
• Messages, reviews, and newsletter sign-ups you send us.
• Wholesale applications: business and contact details submitted by retailers.
• Basic site usage: pages visited, device type, and country, used to understand how the site is used.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

• To prepare, deliver, and manage your orders, including recurring deliveries.
• To send order confirmations and occasional service emails, such as a review request after an order.
• To answer your questions and support your account.
• To send newsletters, only if you have signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To improve our recipes, service, and website.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that help us run Raleigh Reserve, and only as needed:

• Our website and database platform (Base44).
• Our business email provider (Microsoft 365).
• Our payment processor (Stripe).
• Meta (Facebook and Instagram), through the Meta Pixel described below.
• Delivery partners, when a third party delivers your order.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel)

Our website uses the Meta Pixel, a tool from Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta when a visitor views a page or a product, adds an item to the order, starts checkout or completes an order, so we can measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested. Meta may use cookies on your device to do this.

We do not send Meta your name, address, phone number or payment details. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can block or delete cookies in your browser.

Cat photos

Photos you add to a cat profile are stored with your account at an unlisted link. We will not use them in our marketing without asking you first.

Your choices

You can view and update your account details, addresses, and cat profiles at any time from your account. You can delete your account from Account → Settings, or ask us to delete your information by emailing table@raleighreserve.com. Some order records may be kept as required for tax and accounting.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
