Delivery & Quality Policy
Raleigh Reserve™ products are frozen to preserve freshness, quality, and safety. All deliveries must be handed off in person. Products cannot be left unattended or outside. If no one is available to receive the order, the driver will return the product to maintain frozen integrity. A re-delivery fee may apply for rescheduled orders.
